Involutus can provide powder blending as well as filling of suitable powders into final packaging. Customers may use the complete process or only the manufacturing stage they need — blending only, powder filling / packaging only, or blending together with filling.
Powder capabilities
Powder and ingredient blending for subsequent encapsulation, tableting, powder packaging or Stick / Sachet production.
Suitable powders may be filled into bottles depending on the product and project requirements. Not every powder is automatically suitable — suitability is confirmed per project.
Suitable powder products can be filled into customer-supplied Doypack / pouch packaging. Final suitability depends on the product and packaging specification.
The 1,000-unit MOQ applies to the currently confirmed scenarios above. For other powder packaging configurations, MOQ is evaluated according to the product and packaging configuration.

Choose packaging
Packaging-only project
You do not necessarily need Involutus to manufacture or blend the powder. If you already have a suitable finished powder or single-component product, Involutus can evaluate a packaging-only project.
Confirmed powder filling examples use customer-supplied packaging. Involutus does not stock every bottle, jar or Doypack format — if packaging sourcing is required, it is treated as a project-specific requirement.
