Manufacturing services
Capsule Manufacturing
Capsule manufacturing using both automatic and semi-automatic encapsulation equipment. This provides flexibility for different formulations, production quantities and project stages. Size 1, Size 0 and Size 00.
Capsule & Tablet Packaging
Capsules and tablets are packaged into final product packaging. We can package capsules and tablets manufactured by Involutus or suitable product supplied by the customer — as part of a complete project or as a separate packaging service.
Tablet Manufacturing
Involutus provides tablet compression for food supplement products. Current round tablet formats include 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm. Production suitability and minimum quantities depend on the project and formulation.
Powder Blending & Filling
Involutus can provide powder blending as well as filling of suitable powders into final packaging. Customers may use the complete process or only the manufacturing stage they need — blending only, powder filling / packaging only, or blending together with filling.
Stick & Sachet Manufacturing
Involutus fills powdered products into individual single-dose packaging. Available filling formats can cover approximately 1 g – 100 g depending on powder density, formulation, packaging dimensions and film specifications.
Formula Development
A client does not necessarily need to arrive with a production-ready formula. Involutus can support the development of a production-ready supplement concept.
